Okay, better question, will Gaijin and Blocknet cover a TKL keyboard?

even if you added the Mitowaves addon you wouldn't have enough R2 keys to cover the DEL, END and PGDN keys.

xXSwiftPandaXxIf you were to go with Gaijin + Blocknet + Novelties (Mitowaves), the only thing you'd be missing would be 2 R2 keys for a complete TKL look, aka the "delete, end, pg down" cluster.
If you don't care for those very much you could in theory just slap two R1 novelties on there and call it a day, unless you actively look for it you probably wouldn't be able to tell they don't belong and if that doesn't bother you then you can skip the base kit entirely.
So long story short - can you do it? Yea. Is it a good idea? Up to you! If you really want Gaijin legends over the regular Latin only ones then getting G+BN+Mitowaves is a good idea.

letzeyeah but if you want the correct rows you'd be limited to the unicorn and bowl & chopsticks for rows 2 & 3. though Vigrith's saying you might get away with using R1 instead of R2, not sure about 3 or 4 as this'll be my first cherry profile set too

letzeYou most definitely can, I think the only layout possible with the tada that you might need another kit for is WKL since then your spacebar is 7u and you'd need the space bars kit, too.
