Touching the bottom left of the board shocks me and causes the board to short and turn off: https://gfycat.com/CloseTemptingAsianconstablebutterfly

reagentxMay be a component making contact with the keyboard's chassis. Have you checked for anything off, loose, or exposed? Make a complain as well if you haven't solved it already. Good luck, it's an expensive product to do nothing and keep it a defective one.

reagentxrule out variables then. Test on another computer, laptop, etc. There could be an issue with your computer/motherboard; that level of static (caused by you touching a peripheral) should not cause that result. Does your friends computer present the same issue? Is it just your keyboard? mouse? headphones? controller/gamepad? My roomate had similar usb issues on a very old computer. Electronics break down over time. Hard to isolate the cause sometimes. Good luck.
