Wow, looking at the reviews shows that people didn't realize that the messed up lines was the look @MiTo was going for in the first place. After looking through all the reviews I noticed that the W key for both sets have the same grid pattern for everyone, but in each of the reviews people kept saying that the W keys looked different from the A,S,D keys and were disappointed with the set due to that. What these people fail to realize is that, the W key was meant to look like that and have a different grid pattern. The render image is a little deceiving but honestly I don't think the item should have the current review score. I'd say that this was a perfect execution of what MiTo had in mind. 4/5 only because the final product slightly differed from the renders.

I am pretty shocked people who joined this didn't understand what GMK means, how double-shot caps are made and what profile they are. These came out exactly how i thought they would come out. wow

Hey everyone, there seems to be some concerns noted by consumers who may first be entering the MK hobby.
My keycaps are shorter than my keycap set, I thought they were compatible? I looked through the Overview and Specs section and noticed that Massdrop did not specify which profile these keycaps were. It only states that they are "Compatible with Cherry MX switches and clones". This is an error on MD's part. An experienced consumer in the hobby would automatically assume that these are GMK profile, but someone just entering the hobby would not know the difference or even to look. If you would like to request a refund please contact Massdrop's support or consider reselling your kits on /r/mechmarket. Although this set was intended to be purchased as a compliment to GMK Laser, it will also work with other GMK keycap sets.

My keycaps are lighter/darker than pictured, why? The shade of the color will depend on your lighting conditions. I did notice that the Dusk set was significantly lighter than MD's sample pictures and was unable to reproduce the exact colors as depicted even with professional equipment. Perhaps MD can comment on this.
@MiTo I understand that you are proud of your 'baby' and you would feel attacked by some of the other users. You should be careful with responding in hostility as it can only harm your credibility. The simple Q&A/FAQ you posted is enough to clear things up while remaining professional.

Mine came in a day early. I’m happy with how Dawn turned out bright and more vivid than dusk. I’ll write my review once I’m able to pair these with the Laser sets I’m waiting for. Maybe when I put the dusk with laser I’ll like it. Damn, and such a long wait for laser too.

The color of the purple shell is undeniably lighter that what is shown on the drop page but you know what? I almost love them more like this.

They feel real nice to type on. Laser will be my first GMK keycap set and the first custom set that wasn't gifted to me (I was given an incomplete Pulse set a year ago, but I sold it as I couldn't be bothered to find the parts I needed)

BlueCrownedSame here. I got into the hobby about a year ago and this will be my first GMK set. I bought a DSA set a few months ago, but the uniform profile isn't for me. I just need to try out SA now.
