Every switch that has a Cherry-MX compatible stem.
As an example I am using them on Kailh Box Navies (The newer version, not the first wave).

When using this set with the CTRL will the keycaps hit the case? I thought I had read that certain cap styles were longer than others.

I have them on a CTRL, and they don’t hit the case. I don’t know about the Hi-Profile CTRL case though, but I don’t think it would. The keycaps are definitely taller than other profiles since it is SA, but they don’t really sit lower on the switch, so they go as low as any other keycap you’ll find.

If you're talking about if the backlighting will shine through these keycaps, then no. These keycaps don't have the legends that would allow for the backlight to shine through.
