5' 9" 220 38 inch waist in most pants. Pushing 40" in others. i have fairly big thighs and buttocks - not Trump-sized but not flat.
Im guessing these ain't for me.

KnutIm 6'0 225 in the same boat but I have a pair of N&F denim with the same "Weird Guy" fit and the size 38 fit me pretty well. If you want, try measuring yourself and going to https://www.nakedandfamousdenim.com/fit-guide to check. When I first got mine, I thought it was a little tight on the thighs but after a couple weeks while it felt snug and not too tight instead.
