Got the shipping info on 14th. Today is 3rd day. Is it ever going to be posted? or handed over to UPS?
Sorry Massdrop. This looks like a delay technique.
and the shipping method is a slow one... UPS Sure Post
there was recently a heavy snow storm in Edison, NJ which is where their warehouse is located. I live in Edison NJ and they've been sitting in the warehouse for 2 days now even though i'm within probably 20mins away max
Agreed, even though its stating waiting for UPS we have to take into account the weather this week. While I want these things like nothing else, I can be somewhat understanding. @paruchuribros if you need to vent your anger soemwhere vent it at at UPS not massdrop.
I agree with syanikx and v27v. There was a lot of snow earlier this week and my friends who live in the tristate area (New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania) all shared photos with me of how much snow they got. In some places they got more than a foot. I've been mashing that refresh button hoping that mine have finally left the warehouse but with that weather it's totally understandable that everything has been delayed. We've waited this long so why flip your lid over a few more days?
UPS hasn't received them. They can't ship the product if it ins't in their possession. Any reason for the delay is on massdrop.
Since you're 20 minutes from the warehouse, were the roads so bad Wed, Thur, and today that UPS couldn't pick up the shipment? I saw on the news Tuesday that the USPS wasn't working, but when I track the package UPS says nothing about delays in the Northeast.
That is what I felt and people started getting offended. I personally don't mind if it takes 1 more month. But it is Massdrop.com responsibility to just post a snow picture or actual delay reason to the thread. Too easy to do.
the roads were good 2-3 days after the storm i saw multiple fedex trucks driving around, but idk why ups isnt moving products especially since the snow has basically all melted and the products still haven't left the facility
