My first post so be gentle, trying to give back based on all the info I received. Some observations first, starting with cons. The cable is not what I'm used to. It's braided and seems cheap. Not a big deal and probably a faulty assumption. The over-ear design is marginal, not the best design, but works. RHA has a much better design, not even close. I feel I have to be much more gentle with the cable than with my RHA T10i. The in ear fit is horrible. I tried all the tips provided and non really provide a good seal. I ordered some JVC Spiral Dots tonight so hopefully that will do the trick. I keep trying to jam into my ear in the meantime, not very comfortable. Compared to my RHAs, the earphone housing doesn't feel as well made. This is more personal preference. Metal just feels more solid than plastic. Ok, now for the fun part, the sound. If you can get past the perceived build quality and fit challenge, they sound amazing, made me smile right out the box. I'm not going to do a detailed sound analysis until their broken in and I get better ear tips, but they still sound noticeably better than my RHAs. Better bass, punchy quick bass, not bass heavy, more articulate, can hear more decay/echo from instruments. Just seems more balanced. The sound is worth the money if not more. I was going to buy RHA T20 for roughly the same price. I still might at some point based on my experience with T10i, and SO comfortable and high quality. My wife has Sony H3 IEMs. The Nobles blow both out of the water. Now eagerly awaiting my HD6XX headphones and LCX amp.
