Does this one worth upgrading from my VSonic GR07 Bass Edition ? Haven't found any fault with those VSonic - They are great & for the price paid (130$) I think it's a bargain.... Still like my Grado 325 better - but for my mobile device they are just too bulky.... Thanks :)

galsplaceIm doing it too -- but I paid 260 for my Gr07 (the additional 60 was for a recabling I got a few years back, ). From what Ive heard, its definitely worth it.

galsplaceYes. The Vsonics are terrible IMO. Once you go to a BA IEM you will never go back.

galsplaceIf you bought the Vsonics for a reason, aka. bass, keep them. 2 BAs aren't gonna do jack shit for your needs. I own the 64 Audio U8, which have 4 drivers just for the lows (8 total). They are the only BA set to have been certified as basshead by Hawaiibadboy on Head-Fi - one of the most reputable and respected bassheads out there. Of course, BA have nothing against dynamic drivers when it comes to bass. In that regard, you can get a totl basshead iem for around $200. The Sony EX800ST.

TheTaggerungDo they come with the "certified by Hawaiibadboy" authentication stamp?

TownyjSpecifically the GR07 BEs lack fine detail. There is no clarity. The treble is fatiguing as well as being fatiguing by not being properly ported to relieve ear canal pressure. The bass is also nothing to laud. Quantity, it's OK. Quality leaves something to be desired. The roller fit mechanism, although a good idea, loosens over time. It doesn't hold it's position as well as when new.
