The sound and comfort were great! 'Were' being the keyword there. The right earpiece stopped working after only a few months of use and doesn't produce any sound. If they're going to stop working after a few months I'd rather buy a cheap pair of earbuds for $10 rather than investing $60 in nice monitors that malfunction in the same amount of time.
EDIT: Massdrop support was very helpful and quick to replace the bad product. The new IEMs are working wonderfully (fingers crossed they last longer)! Thanks Toby for the help in getting replacement IEMs!

KraeshAh, please go to your Profile> Transactions > Find your EDC purchase > click on "Contact Support" You should have sound in both earpieces.
