Ok folks, I just got these a couple of weeks ago, and I already have a broken right IEM that has no signal except terrible static and noise! I tried every cable with both IEM's, and it's definitely a blown speaker in the right IEM if you ask me! I was listening with my Sony Walkman NW-A35 directly into the Nuforce EDC IEM's, so there wasn't excessive amounts of volume going either! I was listening to them, and BAM, instant static and noise! So I'm at a loss of how this happened?
But this is my VERY first Massdrop product/purchase, and they're not even responding to my emails😢😥😩🤔🤐 So if anyone can help me out or at least tell me Where to call/email, I'd greatly appreciate it 😎👍
It's a real shame because I was loving the sound of the Nuforce EDC IEM's, and I'd ideally like to get a replacement ASAP, especially since I already spent $30 on some amazing Isolation+ Comply tips for the EDC IEM's. But if Massdrop keeps ignoring me, then I just want a refund and I'll take my business somewhere else, and get some USA made Westone UM 10 Pro's and just be done with my IEM search for around $100. Like I said, a real shame since I planned on buying many more things through this website!

Hey Brandon...sorry to hear that your earpiece has gone out.
Have you tried going to your profile drop-down menu and the transactions selection?
In transactions there will be a subtle "Contact Support" under the EDC transaction.
If you put in a customer service request to replace them- they should respond.

Hey ceetee thanks for getting back to me! I have sent them quite a few emails and I never get a response back after the initial email that they send me. I've given Caden AND Ava almost 20 pictures of everything that came with my Nuforce EDC IEM's package, and I'm still waiting to hear back from someone about a refund.
By this point I'd rather have the refund than an exchange, since it's been so difficult to get a response back, let alone anything done about the broken right IEM I do have and have been emailing you guys for two weeks now. Like I just said, I'd rather just get the refund and buy a pair of Westone UM 10 Pro's that are made in the good ole USA 😎😉
Lmk if you can help me out and tell me where to send my Nuforce EDC IEM's so that I can get the refund QUICKLY, because I've been unable to listen to any music the last two weeks since they busted, so I want to get the Westone's ASAP so that I can listen to music again with my brand new Sony Walkman NW-A35 that I got the Nuforce EDC IEM's for!
