Rcvd mine yesterday here in Canada. I think i got lucky and didn't get ding by DHL fees.
Took it out of box, tried them on.
Found the default Medium size Silicon tip not getting good seal on right ear,
took them out, BANG, ripped just like the others on this forum.
Quite disappointed how it could have ripped so easily. Have gone thru many IEM in my time and never had a instance where silicon rips. Worst part of it is that they are odd size. I have 100's of different size of silicons tips have collected thru the years and they are all too wide for EDC's.

Hi There bdeals, Generally, it is good practice to have plenty of friction to avoid having the tips come off... But we're looking into adjusting the tip core.
A way to pull them off the narrow nozzles without tearing might be to grab the dome AND the tip core + slowly twist at the same time you are pulling them off...hopefully this can help.
Thanks for the feedback, Jyri is very helpful and working with us on a rolling improvement since we see this has affected some of you.
