I've asked three times for replacement cables and the comfy rubber comply tips and each and every time I get a response saying they'll ship replacement.
Could I possibly get new cables, both are defective and the comply tips broke the instant I tried taking them off. I'd like to listen to my music and movies with equal and balanced volume and sound so I don't screw up my hearing with my right being quiet whilst my left is too loud

Whom did you contact for the replacement cables and ear tips? And more so, what happened with the cables that those are damaged?

I contacted you, Jyri. You responded to my first and second grievance in the comment section. I was never given a tracking number for any replacements.
I first offered to buy the cables in my first email to you because these are my favorite iems and would love to listen to them again consistently (Plus, there's no clear way to purchase replacement cables and ear tips). Then you responded saying you could send them to me (without me paying, I assume because they were still under warranty) and I gave you my address, twice.
I need to add that I had to repair the left iem, the rather tough slightly translucent polycarbonate plastic bit fell off constantly and I eventually just precision glued the housing back onto the rest and have had no other problems thus far with the iems themselves. Then again, the connection and balanced sound and volume issues between the left and right could be caused by the connection point between the iems and the cable.
