I loved the sound these IEM's produced. I also loved how they fit. Everything about them was great. Until 3 months into my first pair, the right earpiece dropped sound intermittently. I contacted support and they sent me a new pair, no problem!
Now on my second pair, after 4-5 months, the right IEM's casing popped off. I freaked out, but was able to pop it back on no problem. This became a usual occurrence at least once a week. Frustrating, but I still had no problems with listening once the casing popped back on. Unfortunately, I think this had occurred once too many as the connectors broke off to the monitor. So now I have absolutely no sound. I'm not sure if I can fix this.
I've only worn the second pair to and from work and while at work, no strenuous activities. When I store them, they're either in my back in their own section or in my front pocket.
I'm almost tempted to buy another pair just because I loved how they sound and physically fit, but it feels almost like a gamble to me.

Hi Simiel,
Before you purchase another pair - let's swap the previous pair to a new one. In either case it shouldn't pop off. Can you contact our customer service agent whom helped you before?
