Bought these 5 months ago, they were reliable for a while but then the right earbud suddenly died. I take good care of them and always use the case. Is there a warranty or refund available? No reason for a pair of IEMs to die after 5 months of moderate use, very disappointed.

nahteeThere's a 1 year warranty, just complete an RMA form on their site. Scroll down for a bit and you'll see a reply from nu-force employees linking to the contact us thing.
Mine had the same thing. I haven't sent them back, but I have my RMA number, I just haven't gone and mailed them (as you do have to pay shipping to return them, which on principle to me is a bunch of bull... If your product fails during the warranty period, you should be sending me a label to ship them to you, full stop). But at least I'll (I assume) get a pair to replace these.

dandw12786I contacted the massdrop customer service through the "help me with my order" page. My new pair just shipped today, and they have sent me a return label to send the broken pair back once I get the new ones.
