UPDATE: March 03/2019: Moved from 1 to 3 starts. I managed to get a replacement directly from massdrop some months ago. The new pair started to have the same signs on the left side. This happened mostly at the gym when I sweat. However, I managed to solve the issue by just switching the ear tips from the silicon ones to the largest of the foam ones. In this way, no sweat goes inside the ear phones, which I think was the reason the previous one failed. ORIGINAL COMMENT: Left side stopped working after 4-5 months. Be aware that it seems to be a common issue (look at similar reviews). However, while they were working, they were very good for the price you pay.

I understand the concern, but its not common. Please let us swap your earphones to a new pair so that you can continue enjoying the EDC sound. Could you please contact our customer service so that we can get replacement process going? https://www.optoma.com/us/support/contact-us/

Hey Jyri, I have a similar problam with my Primo 8, I live in Israel so it is more problematic for me to contact Optoma via phone, is there an E- mail for customer service for coordinating a replacement for my pair? Thanks
