It seems I have the same issue some other posters have had with these ear buds. My the left ear bud has been super loose, I had to push in the cable to the ear bud when I put them on because I was paranoid it would fall off. When I took them out of my pocket today the left ear bud was just missing, walked around trying to find it but no luck.
A big shame cos I liked these earbuds. Is there anyway to get a replacement piece or something, I only had them around 4 months and to be so loose to fall off in regular use is pretty disappointing.
I tried asking the same thing. Seems like (from my experience) they have to still be in warranty or else they won't.
Who did you contact? I can't find anyway to contact them other than phone but I live in Australia so it's a bit hard to get a hold of em.
Look for a comment of mine from a few weeks ago. They linked me a support website, but I live in the US so I'm not sure if they can do anything for you
Dang, yeah I think I went there but didn't manage to get into contact with anyone. Big shame, thanks for your help anyway mate, appreciate it.

Or you can contact us and we can figure out a way to ship to Australia. In general, we try to be flexible with warranty terms as we understand it is upsetting if you lose your earbuds.
