These worked wonderfully for a while but now both buds are super finicky and i have to wiggle the over the ear wires and hope they work. It does it with both the supplied cables, i believe its a problem with the loose-ness of the connector prongs themselves, Shame really i loved these earbuds

HudJayCan you try to make sure the cables are plugged in all the way? The connector itself seldom fails. It would be more likely that a cable has something wrong. If you are sure the cables are plugged in all the way we could send you a new cable so that you can test if that helps.
