Is anyone else in Canada having concerns about Ascendia? The tracking info I get from their site lists a USPS number, but the USPS site only shows that the item was picked up from the shipping center, and nothing since then (May 4th).
The Ascendia site says that it has arrived in destination country (Canada), but nothing further since May 10th. The estimated delivery is May 12th, and there is no further information given. They are supposed to give a tracking number for Canada, but there isnt one.. and the USPS one doesnt work with Canada Post. AND.. as above, the USPS tracking info shows nothing except the initial pickup.
After exchange and everything, I'm looking around $140ish CAD for these IEMs.. and I'm not getting ANY response from Ascendia OR Massdrop when I ask what's going on here..

June 1st, still has not arrived. I have requested that my order be cancelled and refunded. If Ascendia is the only shipping option, then I will not be purchasing anything else from Massdrop; the lack of support/communication is completely unacceptable.
