The right side of the inline remote/mic cable has stopped working. Can I get a replacement cable?

Yes you can. Can you contact us support@optoma.com? You can attach a screenshot of this conversation. Also, I am surprised your cable stopped working. We made several adjustments to improve tolerance. I´d like to take it back for inspection. If you don't mind please send us once you have received the new cable. My apologies for the inconvenience.
