Arrived in one piece, no major concern at this moment, but... anyone else got any paperwork at all? Or just mine is missing. Spec sheet or user manual, welcome/ warranty card, material safety card etc... none at all.
Ah, there is some information on the package for microphone cable operation...and the Warranty is 1-year.
Additionally, I recommend twisting any eartips on and off the nozzles (while pulling or pushing) to avoid tearing. We considered slightly looser tips but don’t want them to come off in the ear.
Thanks for the reply, I guess I'm just being a consumer for too long and I am used to seeing brand new items would have come with documentation of some description (user manual/ spec sheet, warranty card, material safety/ quality check list). On the other hand, a lack of documentations just gives off the wrong vibe that it's an open box item or 2nd hand item, something I'm sure an establish company like yourself wont do to sell it off as brand new instead. Please correct me if I am wrong.
I was lucky to have only seen one broken ear tip from applying the wrong foam tip, and that's on an old school IE80. Others all survived the procedure, including but not limited to: AKG, sony, panasonic, beats, TDK, Fiio, yamaha, philips, UE... etc.
