BEWARE POTENTIAL BUYERS!
I received my EDC3's after 3 weeks only to have them be defective (which seems to be a common occurrence). After waiting another two and a half weeks for the RMA process, Optoma had the gall to send me back a pair of EDC's ($60) as opposed to my original EDC3's ($100)! This is absolutely ridiculous. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT.

I have to say this is definitely Massdrop + Nuforce's fault. But to be fair, I've been real happy with my pair of EDC3s, my first pair of real IEMs. Massdrop and Nuforce doesn't have the best ever customer service you can get, but I assure you, they'll be plenty happy to replace it for you. Although the wait is gonna be frustrating.

First of all - I apologize that we shipped a wrong item. That is completely on us. Let us correct it right away. Could you please send me an email jyri.jokirinta at optoma.com? Also, it is not common issue for EDC3s to fail after 3 weeks. Can you let me know what was wrong with your pair? Can you also return the defect pair? Normally our team sends a RMA sheet with return instructions.
My apologies for the poor experience.
- Jyri/NuForce

Just replying here as well. You should receive the new pair of EDC3s within the next few days. Again, my apologies for the mistake and poor experience.
