Sadly enough my pair stopped working correctly after not even 2 months. Handled with extreme care, always in the case. Suddenly the right earbud's sound is almost gone. I tried to switch cables, didn't work. Tried it on another device, same result. Is there any solution to this?

gijsvandalfsenPlease contact support through your EDC3 transaction...should not lose sound in one side.
