Thunderstorms today so wore my new jacket.
I got to try the jacket out today when We had thunderstorms. I put on my jacket this afternoon when i was on way out and seen it was pouring rain out. Kept me dry all afternoon. Going to buy another one to keep in the car..

Poor customer care, not poor piss poor
Didn’t fit ,contacted drop at least 4 times they will not reply to me as to a return / exchange.
For that reason I would not buy and won’t be buying from drop again.

Weird sizing
The fabric is excellent, but the sizing is all out of wack. I ordered a size up as other reviewers mentioned, and I found that the hood fit perfectly but everywhere else had excess room, especially the wrists (which are laughably large). Like, I don't know who thought it was reasonable to make the wrists the same size as the upper arm without any kind of adjustability. It's the same story with the waist, but that I can deal with.
