There Are Pandas, and Then There Are Pandas.
And this isn't either of them! The Pandas we're talking about here, are watches, not bears. And what got me thinking about them (again) was a link posted this morning by @cm.rook who pointed a few of us to the very attractive (and not terribly priced) Yema "Rallygraph" Panda which, in it's most traditional arrangement, looks like the one on the left, but can also be had in the version on the right: The model on the left is a true Panda, while the model on the right is called a reverse Panda. The reason for that distinction is clear--Panda bears, only come in the first arrangement. The ship date for these knives is listed as June 29. I received a postcard a few weeks ago, but as I recall it was no more than a tease - it didn't contain any meaningful information about when the knives would arrive. All I want to know is this: When should I expect $219.00 worth of cutlery (paid to you nearly four months ago) to come into my possession? I'll patiently await your thoughtful reply.
This is the Massdrop 'thoughtful reply':
"Thank you for reaching out to Massdrop. While we are working diligently to provide the best and quickest experience as possible to our members, we are still currently experiencing a high volume of requests leading to longer wait times for responses. We will respond to your message as quickly as possible and in the order in which your request was received. We apologize for any inconvenience."
Twenty-four+ hours have elapsed since I received this pseudo-reply and nothing further. I'm not 'inconvenienced'; I'm just wondering when the knives I ordered (and paid for) several months ago, will be shipped.
Is it somehow unreasonable to expect a coherent answer to a simple question?
