Hey everyone, Just wanted to chime in regarding shipping delays. With COVID hitting the NY/NJ area as hard as it has, it has been impossible to keep full staffing levels at our warehouse (we're down from 2 shifts to 1, and even the 1 shift is running short-handed to maintain social distancing policies). We're running weekend shifts to help get caught up, and day to day the levels of staffing adjusts depending on order flow from other warehouse clients. Suffice to say, we're working our hardest to get orders out as quickly as we can but you should expect some delays. (Even Amazon prime is regularly taking 4+ days to ship, and they're 100x more resourced than we are). A week ago we added a note to the description mentioning the delay, but some people may have missed it. If you're unable/unwilling to wait for your shipment, please contact Customer Support and they'll cancel your order for you. "This item is in stock. It usually ships within 1 business day—however, due to the impact of COVID-19, order shipments may be temporarily delayed. Your payment method will be charged after checkout. Cancellations are accepted up to 2 hours after checkout." April 24th update: Current shipping delays are approximately 5 business days.

May 8th update: Still approx 4-5 business day delays on our shipments.

May 15th Update: We are 100% caught up at our warehouse and orders are now shipping out on the same day (in some cases), otherwise the next business day.

May 22nd Update: Still shipping same/next business day.

We're a bit behind on the HD58x, and some of the orders are getting shipped out of FIFO sequence (frustrating, I know). I think they're hoping to get caught up over the weekend/Monday. Thanks for your patience!

i need to get a replacement 3.5mm cable for these headphones, as the one that came with them originally is starting to malfunction and give me audio problems. is there anywhere i can get one? everywhere i look i can only find 6.3mm ones. i've emailed Drop about this in attempt to get one with a warranty claim but they've only pointed me towards amazon listings for 6.3mm cables.

Hey everyone, I'm having a little trouble with my order. I accidentally used my old work place address for the shipping information and when trying to edit the shipping information on my active transaction I get an Internal Error Ocurred message. Tried on Chrome, Edge and the Android app and I am unable to edit or cancel my transaction. I already contacted support, but they will contact me in 6 to 7 business days. Problem is my order is scheduled to ship on august 6th. Can anyone help me? or have any ideas of what I should do or try?

Received these in the mail and I am super happy with them. However, I have one coworker with a crappy microphone that just tears my ear a new hole. The buzzing in the right ear is out of control whenever he/she speaks. I've tried lowering her to 1% but it still happens. Any ideas on how to fix it? Do I need to mod this bad boy? I'd prefer not to do anything to do it but I'll risk it for the biscuit to take care of this buzzing.

My shipment is stuck in IPZ Frankfurt with no status update for a week! the last update says "DEPARTED FROM LOCAL DISTRIBUTION CENTER" can someone tell me if he got the same problem?

I ordered these headphones on July 1st and received them on July 8th. The pair I received were defective so I immediately opened a support ticket 7 business days ago and haven't received a reply. Hopefully someone from Drop can look into this or help me out? Thanks. Sorry if this isn't the right place to post this..

Just took the plunge. Went back and forth between 58x and 6xx for a while and ultimately think these are better for my tastes. I prefer the color scheme and a better bass response. These also seem unique to drop, different from other models which can be bought elsewhere. Anyways, looking forward to trying them out. Have 4xx which I think are fantastic; wanted a second pair hence the 58x. This comment is probably not that helpful, just venting my eagerness to try these. :^)

How would you compare the 58X to the 4XX? Why do you like the 4XX more and what DAC/AMP are you using? I currently own the 6XX but I saw you preferred the 58X over them. Thanks in advance!

I compared the 4xx and 58x in my review, link below. It's not a technical review, just my opinion but maybe it helps. I like both very much. I'm currently using a FX DAC-X6 DAC/AMP which is an absolute bargain (I think) at $65. I'm building a Khadas and Objective2 stack just to geek out a bit and tinker with some soldering, but the DAC-X6 sounds great to me. I chose the 58x over 6xx based on reading lots of reviews (probably too many). I never A/B'd them, didn't want to buy both. Both headphones are rated very well, for what it's worth. Anyone have issues with poor packaging? Just received mine and the damage is quite bad - box is caved in and instructions are ruined. Headphones appear to be undamaged, at least. Don't want to blame Drop, but I haven't had issues with FedEx damaging things in years.

Shipped May 28th to Canada and still haven't recieved them. It is now July 7th. They shipped them with ASENDIA(?) but clicking on the "track shipment" link says tracking ID not found. CS has yet to get back to me.... Would recommend holding off ordering these until they get their stuff in order.

yeah me too now it's been more than 30 days since they shipped my order , and the status of tracking didn't update since 20 June , shipping is a disaster and I would not recommend any one to order things from here unless they deal with the shipping , By the way this the the longest time I need to wait for an online order I've been buying stuff from online for a long time no order takes more than 4 weeks I'm so disappointed about this order and I'am sure this the first and the last time I buy something from here

Mine just showed up today, so 6 weeks for shipping which is about double anything else I have received from Drop. Support did get back to me and started digging into yesterday. I'm not sure what happened. On the plus side I didn't get hit with additional fees on delivery so that is a plus.
