Hey everyone, I'm having a little trouble with my order. I accidentally used my old work place address for the shipping information and when trying to edit the shipping information on my active transaction I get an Internal Error Ocurred message. Tried on Chrome, Edge and the Android app and I am unable to edit or cancel my transaction. I already contacted support, but they will contact me in 6 to 7 business days. Problem is my order is scheduled to ship on august 6th. Can anyone help me? or have any ideas of what I should do or try?

lcontrerasIn short, you're 99% screwed. Drop support doesn't respond anywhere near in time right now. They're a third party support service based out of Asia. The best thing to do when this happens is cancel the order and replace it with the an order with the correct. I've had to go through this a on a couple orders with long Drop times when I moved as well. Drop support will tell you they can't change Fedex smartpost deliveries once the item has shipped from the Amazon warehouse (MCF) in Breinigsville, Pennsylvania they use to fulfill their orders. Fedex will attempt to tell you the same thing, but from either side this is not true. It's rather an inconvenience to them to do so they choose not to. Your only option is before the package is delivered to contact Fedex when you see that the package is at a physical Fedex facility and ask them to call the dispatch operator there. From their side (if they're willing) they can change the delivery address of the package as long as you can verify the name, address, and tracking number and / or have the driver not deliver the package. If you chose some sort of expedited shipping method other than smartpost, Fedex will assist you without jumping through hoops. Otherwise, if the package gets delivered all you're hoping is that the person who now lives there doesn't accept the package or returns it to a Fedex location. If they keep it, Drop won't do anything to help you. I know this is past the delivery date of yesterday, but hopefully that points you in the right direction.
