Sennheiser PC37X randomly goes bad after disconnecting the cable ?
Greetings, Yesterday I was using my headset like normal with my macbook, just listening to music and on a call with people like usual, and the headset was perfectly fine. - Compared to the HIFIMAN Sundara, the HD58X sound quite more intimate; the intimacy is great on some songs (particularly closed-in sounding EDM), but on others, the Sundara's wideness shines. The Sundara aren't only wider, they have higher resolution and have sparkle that the HD58X's lack of extension doesn't allow, increasing detail-retrieval in songs. I still believe voices sound better on the HD58X, I suppose that's one of the strengths of Sennheiser headphones; bass, on the other hand, just sounds better extended and faster on the Sundaras, though I had to push it up with some EQ since quantity was limited stock.
These headphones are a great buy and I'm eager to compare them with my incoming Sundara!
