Generally not one to complain, but having been one of the first 500 orders, I'm getting a little bummed out that as this week progresses it is looking like people who order today are going to enjoy their cans before me. I know mine weren't shipped due to the wrong serial thing, but can we get an update for those of us that had our shipments pulled?
I'm right there with you. Been over a week and no further communication as others get their sets and these new folks will.probably get theirs before mine lol. Kinda have to have a laugh about it at this point and take it as a lesson learned.
I hear ya. A little transparency into what's going on would be nice though. For the most part my interactions with Massdrop have been trouble free, until I decide to dive in early and go for that low serial number! So, lesson learned, the number means nothing to me so I won't chase it again.
Exactly. I don't care about a dumb serial number personally. If they would have at least offered to ship me whatever I would have gladly accepted. Instead, I get no communication and support hasn't responded to my ticket of inquiry. I've also had a great experience here otherwise but them going silent is getting old when we're all just looking for better communication.
I hope you have your headphones by now. I still don't! Maybe I'll have the dubious honor of getting them last. Not Massdrop's fault they went to customs in Montreal, where they pride themselves on slow. It took Canada Post 5 days to turn them over to customs! I don't think I'll join anymore drops until I move back to California later this year.
