Why is there no answer at all from customer service? I have sent four messages and all I’ve received is automatic messages from “support”, but no answer at all, is it normal?
It is not OK to have no answer from customer service, what about if there is a problem with the shipping or with QC?
its normal imo for it to be a day or two for a response. when they have drops like these where its thousands they do get backed up a bit. from my experience as long as u let them know right away about those types of issues they will get it taken care of.
