So the headphones have finally arrived, and I have to say I'm impressed, great quality for the price paid. I am quite pleased.
What I'm not pleased with however is the incredibly awful shipping experience, DHL operates like they're living 20 years in the past, not only did it take nearly 2 weeks to get here but the package tracking is also very indescriptive and, more disturbingly, incomplete:
After about a week the package arrived at my countries' customs processing centre. From there on out they give you 0 information on where the package is and when it is due to arrive. It sat there for nearly a week too so I had no clue when I was supposed to be home to receive it. Obviously I missed it and had to go pick it up at a nearby grocery store at a later point in time. Very inconvenient. I've never had such issues with any other shipping company I've dealt with in the last 10 years.
