Package was never delivered. Fedex handed the package off to USPS who promptly lost the package. After holding with them for a total of 2 hours I was told there was nothing they would do to resolve the issue.
As long as mass drop continues to use uninsured USPS mail I will not be joining any more drops.
contact massdrop support, I have had 2 package lost and both was reship by massdrop. All u need is ask and be patient cuz it will take forever (2 weeks in my case) for them to track and they will eventually offer u a re-shipment if it was indeed lost.
