hehahohiHey, i just joined the drop for the 6xx earlier today and looking at this, just wanted to ask someone who actually owned both 6xx and 58x... would you consider it a redundancy if I jumped in on this (58x) too?
I mean, imho, there seem to be no point in owning 2 or more cans with the exact same tuning, but having alot of different cans or iems with various driver configurations/types, design would be at least reasonable to keep your options open and ultimately cater to your current listening disposition.
But back to my question, does the differences between the 6xx and 58x command/warrant owning both? Or is the difference so subtle that choosing one over the other will not cause anybody to look back and say: "I should've bought the other one as well for times I'm in the mood for 'that' kind of presentation"?

NielJMHonestly they sound similar, if you already own a pair of 6XX, you propably dont need these, unless you really want that extra sub bass or want a pair for a more portable use, since these are much easier to drive.

hehahohiMy 6xx are still on the way (just jumped in the drop yesterday)... but I think I am going to want these just for that little bit of extra flavor when the mood insists.
