Hello all! I've just purchased the ALEX CAVALLI TUBE HYBRID AMP and GRACE DESIGN STANDARD DAC. I have always been into audio, but never really pulled the trigger. I was looking to pair the two with the SENNHEISER HD 58X JUBILEE HEADPHONES, but would like to wait till next month to actually place my order. Anyways, I noticed there is no countdown timer on the page, but it does say (and has been for some time) that the "Estimated ship date is May 26, 2020 PT." I am really looking forward to purchasing this pair of headphones and really don't want to miss out, even though I'm in no rush at the moment... So my question is: does anyone know how often headphones such as this drop? If they drop on the 26th of May, when could we be expecting the next drop? Thank you all for the help, I appreciate it!

I don't know the exact answer, but I have rarely seen Senn HD 6xx and 58x not being available, from the last several months I have created a Drop account. That's also because Drop does (part of) the design. Im not sure if it's available elsewhere too. But there is a catch - the offer price has fluctuated a bit (between 150 and 170$). It was at 150 for quite some time.

Yeah. If you are in US, the shipping is better. I am in India and shipping has stopped temporarily. Luckily I got my HD 6xx delivered. You know why I am loitering around in the 58x Discussion section? 'Cos I loved it's sibling headphones so much, I am considering buying this one too.

We are roughly in the same boat pradeep-s... I am from the EU, and shipping for just the AMP cost me quite a pretty penny, but the thing is I just cannot get anything similar here especially for the price ($175 + shipping + customs (should be 0 for this particular item) + tax (roughly 40EUR)). I was deciding between the HD 6XX and the HD 58X, but I like a more pleasant & warm sounding headphone, since I will be using them daily. So I don't mind loosing a bit of clarity and precision at the expense of a warmer tone and slightly better bass. Oh and they're cheaper too!

Hi there - I have not yet booked the HD 58xx, since shipping to India is paused temporarily. There was a delay for the HD 6xx. (I booked, and the coronavirus expanded its operations, worldwide) I got in touch with Support and they shipped a new one. I think I got it after 2 months, end to end. This is rare but it is known to happen. Covid-19 has changed everything. Are you based out of Germany or some other place?

Well I can tell you that my tube amp shipped on the 21st and now (from what it says on DHL tracking) it has "DEPARTED FROM LOCAL DISTRIBUTION CENTER - IPZ Frankfurt". So I am guessing it shouldn't take too long for it to arrive at my address. Either way guys, be patient, considering what's going on in the world we can be happy we're even getting packages from the States imho. One thing that has me slightly concerned is the fact that my headphones which were shipped out on the 22nd still say: EN ROUTE TO DHL ECOMMERCE DISTRIBUTION CENTER and EN ROUTE... so no "PROCESSING COMPLETED AT ORIGIN" or anything like that. No Idea why that is, but I'm thinking (and hoping) it's just a mistake.

Even I get confused with that message. I check http://parcelsapp.com/en/ , and other websites for tracking. There are many. Also check your national postal website, if the item is coming through that carrier. Have you received it now?

Has it progressed now? Corona has delayed many parcels. If not, just check the standard duration in the Help Center and reach out to Drop support. They are very busy, and some folks complain that they don't respond, but I have always received responses.
