Hi, I emailed support to cancel my preorder but I don't think you guys got to it. I'm told the item shipped already. I'm not sure what to do
BetterHaIfThere is a threshold on when order can be cancelled. The best way to cancel is to check your transaction section under your profile. You might be out of luck since they have shipped. Customer service is very busy since COVID. So that's why they didn't get back to you. Maybe @jennychin has something to add

erickongDo you know the steps to return my product then? Someone got back to me finally but they didn't offer any solutions for a refund. I'm worried this is all going to take too long and I'll be past the return period.
