I just got these today. I plugged the headset into my PC and for some reason the mic is not working. Anyone have a fix on this? Ive plugged directly into the back motherboard i/o but there is microphone showing the audio devices window, under recording devices. please help and thank you.

amoeba1126So for somereason it was not working on the mobo i/o but it does work when i plug it in the front panel. weird, must be an issue with my mobo. I do have a question about something else though, I have another issue where the mic is picking up audio output from the computer, occurs even when i mute the mic. Any idea why thats happening or how to fix it?
