Null78Send a ticket to Customer Support. It isn't unusual for a package to take 2-4 weeks to get to Saudi Arabia though. If it's eventually determined to be lost, it'll be refunded or resent. During COVID something like 2% of our international packages get "lost in transit", which is exceptionally high compared to non-covid times.

Kevin@Kevin @erickong drop support said shipping take 3-6 weeks, and now it's the 6th week, still not moving, please ship another one I have pre-ordered this on 4/6 today it's two months, who long should I wait ?????!!!!!
