Does anyone have a source for a replacement headband pad?

Hey guys, just got my pc37x headphones. Unfortunately they have practically no bass. Is this normal, or are these defective? I plugged them into the front of my PC and the back. Same issue persists. I went on YouTube to bass test, this confirmed that there's very very little bass, you can hardly hear it. P.s. I played with the audio wheel aswell, thats didnt help either. Any suggestions? Thank you.

It’s ridiculous that they are showing 180 discounted to 110. These have NEVER been a $180 set. They have been 129 for months, years even.
Does that headset have Sidetone?

No but being open back design you'll hear yourself perfectly fine.

Sidetone is a software feature of Windows. Not a headphone feature BUT you can hear yourself better than closed back headphones.

They singed with Swiss hearing aid manufacturer, so I expect the business as usual.

I accidentally broke my headset. I was adjusting them and I pulled a little too hard and the right ear cup pulled out. And that broke the wire inside the headset. Is there any way I can repair them?

Most likely you can solder the wires where they broke. If needed add extra extensions, remember to isolate/insolate the exposed wires so they don't touch each other. Measure the conductivity/driver impedance from jack to drivers to make sure everything works properly.

Just a thought and without reading the whole 3.8K's worth of comments... in my experience if the plug in hand does not completely insert into the receiving jack, you likely will only get one channel audible. With out having this headset in hand, I'd be inspecting very closely the fit of the plug to your amp/device. It doesn't look like this plug would allow any "body trimming" as it seems there's a brass shoulder of sorts that stops any efforts at deep insertion. If you have a device w/1/4" inputs and a spare 1/8th x 1/4" adapter and try it... Good Luck, I'd like to give these a try. ed to add. Check out this YouTube vid. (2) Drop x Sennheiser PC37X Headset Review: Great Convenience & Solid Sound - YouTube The reviewer shows both (apparently) plug styles available. at the 9:19 mark he's seen plugging TWO leads from the cans (?) into a Y cable then into his phone jack on the PC. Further in it's clear that one of the leads is the Mic cable the other is the Phones. If that relationship got flip flopped it's a wonder any sound at all was heard. The connection situation addressed above could still be in play.

The left side headset doesn't produce any sound, does anyone one know what might be the problem or how to fix it? I already tried buying a new replacement cable, but it wasn't the problem. I just bought this a few months ago.

it could be the volume wheel, u have to weld the mb to bypass the potenciometer, on youtube u can find a good way to do it. Sennheiser doesnt cover this on the warranty.

I just got a brand new pair of pc37x headphones and for some reason even when I have my mic muted (flipped all the way up) people in discord are still able to hear my output audio such as games music and their own voices unless I have my headphone volume set really low. Does anyone know a possible fix?

I don’t believe that is a feature of the headphone.
