Just got my small/medium vest, was a bit disappointed. Basically the whole reason I purchased this was for run commuting and wanted a vest style backpack with front bottle pockets similar to a Salomon vest.
What I found was the vest straps seem ok, be it a very stiff material that does not conform to the body particularly well.
Side stretch pockets are very large and should be suitable for stuffing lightweight waterproof jackets/pants easily, they would not be suitable for standard 500-600ml bottles as they are far too spacious.
Top opening pocket is large and has a nice area to accommodate a bladder and has a precut hose opening on the top of the pack. Compression straps are near useless as they only compress the top of the back, this causes items to slip lower in the pack and jump around quite a bit if it's not packed to the brim.
Front bottle pockets are a joke, if they can even be called bottle pockets... I could not even fit a standard 500ml Salomon soft flask in them, I managed to squeeze a hard bottle but the material lacks and stretch it distorts the entire front chest strap rear and digs into the skin, it seems to accommodate a phone sized item well, maybe up to a phablet sized phone (iPhone 7 in front pocket for scale of pocket stretch issue), they are only about 3.5 - 4 inches deep inches deep
