I had paid for FOUR space bar sets, yet in My Transactions they have listed only Three sets being ordered.
MassDrop please correct your mistake here, otherwise I will be forced to go to Paypal to sort this out. Hate getting them involved because they will in effect freeze the whole payment.
So please MassDrop, fix your mistake before someone from outside your inner circle will barge on in and do it for you.

I think you should contact customer service directly about this, I doubt they are specifically monitoring all of the community discussions for issues like this.

FYI I believe they are still sorting through Yuri order amendments related to the extension offered on the K-Type drop.
NB the deadline for Yuri amendments was 11.59pm on June 1st and was a one time offer, so there is little point in asking for amendments now. However I guess Massdrop should still be able to verify and fix mistakes their side, especially if you've paid for something not listed on your order summary.

I have got in contact BUT I have fully documented PAYPAL payments made on this Group Buy and it proves that I paid for "4" space bar key-sets not for 3 of them, as now stated on their website.
Just troubling to know that they think I wouldn't keep payment records of this Group Buy or for any other purchase done by myself.
My email system keeps all payment records that go back 3 years.

I guess be patient then, even if feels frustrating right now. I think if you involve PayPal you won't ever be able to use MD again afterward, few businesses accept customers who have used charge backs, so keep that in reserve as a last resort.
My guess is customer service is slow right now because of all the very high profile drops that have happened in quick succession with numerous orders. The first time I contacted MD customer service they replied within a few hours, but now it's taking a 1-3 days. Still not bad, but I think if they take more than a week then you should chase them up via email or phone.

The worse thing is that they got the Total all wrong by including a lower amount, yet my receipts prove otherwise, dated and accepted by MassDrop.
It's more about doing what's right and Paypal always provides detailed receipts when paid so if they decide to deny ever receiving those amounts then Paypal is very happy to get involved to sort out their mess.
That is why it's always best to deal with any business via Paypal because you have protection against such terrible abuses, without you needing to spend extra money in courts to get your money back if they refuse to rectify their mistake.

Not to pay devil's advocate here, Elrick, I know how passionate you are about you know, everything, but what exactly are you trying to achieve by advising Massdrop (as a whole) to revise your order so that Paypal/you don't have to take action? Chances are no one from MD is even reading this any more, the drop isn't active, you didn't tag anyone, if anything maybe Yanbo is reading - he has nothing to do with their CS team nor does he address payment concerns.
As has been stated, reaching out to their customer support and being stern about it (as I know you can be) is really your only option is it not? What makes you think they think you wouldn't keep payment records, have they given you reason to think that? Surely customer support will gladly help you, you're a big time customer and I personally have had nothing but positive experiences when contacting them.

Hi there,
I'm only this way due to this happening to me, for the first time ever.
I was first shocked because something had gone wrong and am at a loss as to know why. The next thing I did was go through my Paypal transactions, the total amounts paid didn't match with what was being shown on MD's website.
Hence my surprise and of course wanting to know why it has happened, but today the guys at MD fixed their mistake. Not saying they were under-handed but they made a mistake so everyone who gets involved with buying anything, from any Group Buys PLEASE check with your payments and make sure they match up with what you purchased.
It was maybe my fault for not noticing the discrepancy earlier or being confident that MassDrop could never get anything wrong in the first place. They do however rectify their mistake quickly so I'm pleased on how fast they can fix things when they go wrong.
