What's the best way to sharpen and maintain this?

Spyderco Sharpmaker. Or, another ceramic rod set-up, do not use those carbide pull-through sharpeners, they are not good for your blade. And, complete systems that re-edge the blade, like the EdgePro or Wicked Edge, are great but take off more metal than you need to just for edge maintenance, use them when you need to re-edge the knife.
