When I first received this knife, I was VERY disappointed. The sharp edges on the handle scales were a HUGE disappointment, especially when the description reads: "...and while this isn’t a custom folder, Bob was insistent on working with a company that would execute his design at a very high level of production quality. We Knife made that happen." The Ferrum Forge collaborations felt far better in the hand and sold for much less $$. After Massdrop would not let me return this huge disappointment, I decided to remove the handle scales and with some fine grit sandpaper, remove the sharp edges. Now the knife feels much better in the hand. The ceramic bearings are smooth and the thumb disc is nice for opening/closing the knife. I do NOT like the single position pocket clip ... I got lucky that it is right-handed tip up ... otherwise I would have to drill a hole on the other side to allow for left hand carry. Because of my great experiences with the Ferrum Forge knives, I 'assumed' that Massdrop does some sort of quality control. Overall, the knife is 'OK' at best. Nothing special. I think the high price is because of Terzuola's reputation, which is primary reason I was interested in this knife.

ikaz10I 100% agree..... I'm batting zero with Massdrop so far. I bought this based on the hype and it falls short and the other purchase they cancel my order 2 weeks after they take the order and process my Credit card claiming the Mfg back ordered the Kiser Ki1021 TII fixed blade. Bad business practice if they expect to keep customers.
