I'm very disappointed at the moment. I've recently bought this Tokyo60 keyboard, and until now, everything has been working fine. Today, I wanted to swap out my switches for some new Gateron Black Ink switches, as the keyboard offers hot swappable switches.  Then when I replugged the keyboard, the keys: 7,8,9,0,-,= (basically half of the top row) weren't working. I then tried to flash/reset my PCB with my QMK configuration, and after that, the underglow LED's weren't working, and the Fn key was permanently activated, even though I was not pressing it down. This means that I cannot use my keyboard. The PCB is obviously dead. The acrylic diffuser that I ordered don’t even fit the case properly, as the corners of the case and the diffuser don’t sit flush with each other. And it even states on the diffuser box that it is a season 2 diffuser, which is a bit weird when it’s a season 3 keyboard. I’m not happy with this at all. The case is decent for the price. Hope to get some response from Drop.

Troels_RLthis may sound basic, but have you pulled those switches and made sure the pins aren't bent?

RonTvDinneryou flash with toolbox, not configurator. you can get a via compatible .hex at caniusevia.com, load it into toolbox, press the reset button on the bottom of the PCB and then hit flash in toolbox. after that, you can download/use via to configure keys on the fly without having to build a .hex and flash each time.

RonTvDinnerYes, I've checked if the pins were bent and tried out new switches, this did nothing. I know that flashing is done with toolbox. The PCB is dead. It happens occasionally.
