yup, you can use massdrop's configurator https://drop.com/mechanical-keyboards/configurator to configure it and just flash it with mdloader https://github.com/Massdrop/mdloader You can change key, layers, macro, leds config etc...

You can make it Mac compatible if you load the right firmware. It uses QMK, so it is compatible with any os.

No, it uses USB-C and has a left and a right connector for the cable.

I don't see arrow keys. How do I use the arrow keys on this keyboard?

By default there is a function key on the right side on the bottom row and the default arrow keys are p l ; ' (up, left, down, right), once you get used to it I don't think you will miss the arrow keys much. Personally I prefer to configure it to use vim keys - hjkl.

Is there a way to save a configuration and upload it later? I only see a way to configure and download. I guess the only way is to save to your account?

Nm. I decided to save a link to my configuration from my desktop (trying to save all my keyboard configurations in one place locally).
