I got mine. It looks awesome. It not only came with the keyboard and a very abbreviated set of extra caps. It also came with a keycap puller and what I assume is a switch puller. And you need a switch puller. The silver Rocketeer enter key wasn't installed and the ESC key was installed in place of the tilde key. Although the colors do not match the pictures, they do match the colors of the Hermes 3000. And the LEDs are useful and nice looking. I thought LEDs didn't make any sense with the keycaps but it does give a nice look. I had no problems with the stabilizers, although from what I saw of them, they are not genuine Cherry stabilizers. The keycaps are high quality. I did add some arrow key switches that I had in my parts drawer and although they don't quite match, they give a nice contrasting view. The keyboards are numbered which is a really nice touch. My keyboard is 000005, which is pretty neat. I do however have some gripes. First, the box white switches aren't to my liking. I bought some Cherry MX Blue switches to swap them out for, but there are no clear instructions for pulling the hot swapped switches and replacing them like I understood it would be easy to do. Second, the keymap is all over the place. It appears that left and right alt and right and left ctrl are swapped. I can't tell on the shift keys. I knew the keymap probably wouldn't be to my liking, but I figured since it was QMK, it would have the code uploaded to the repository so we could change it. All and all, I am glad I got it

Sail4seaI tried changing the firmware, and this keyboard refuses to save the configurations, no matter what tools I use. The guides I used are fine, but the keyboard itself refuses save anything after flashing, The FN and right super key in particular. Any tips?
