I recently picked pu an 11" Matfer black steel pan and it has become my favorite pan. I use it more than my non-stick or cast iron pans. I might have to pick up an 8" one too.
Edit: shipping kills the deal. Amazon it cheaper if you have prime once you factor in shipping cost.

Soloz2Could you provide the website of this pan on Amazon? I failed to find it, and it seems that pans on Amazon are different with this one?
