The pan is good, not incredible but decent. All in all, you need to worry a lot about making sure it doesn't rust so season it properly. I do sometimes get black bits stuck to my food after not using it for several weeks. I was kinda hoping this would be my go-to pan for everything, but the maintenance is just too much. I reach for a simple aluminum nonstick these days.
