Just bought the same pan (2.5 mm copper with SS interior and cast iron handle) made by Mauviel (who is probably the OEM here) for $294 CAD shipped including taxes. Far better price. The 11” price isn’t terrible though. Copper as a commodity is expensive and these are heavy pans!
