It appears to be an $80 strainer. From My extensive research (i.e. a quick Google search) Exoglass is a trademarked name for a fiberglass reinforced resin that is very heat resistant.
Google did not immediately make clear what makes this worth 3-4 times what an all metal bouillon strainer costs.
