If you need to strain anything in a kitchen this is the fine mesh strainer to use. Holds up long term and has taken a beating in professional kitchens. It’s the only chinois I’ll buy after my 16+ years of professional kitchen experience, but how many mass droppers need to strain anything on an often enough basis for this?
