Overall, I like how the product looks. I want to avoid commenting on the profile because that's more of a personal taste, but these feel fine typing on. The material does feel rather cheap to me, but these are currently not very expensive caps. I did not like that the keys arrived in a bag, unsorted, as that added a lot of time to my set up. For the price paid, I would probably give these keycaps 4 stars, due mostly to how nice I think they look.
HOWEVER, after assembling my keycaps, I realized that 2 keycaps were missing, one of the star keys that's sized for the windows key spot, and the f7 key. I have emailed Drop about this, and have not received a real response, so I'll update my review if I ever get these keys. Until then, I cannot recommend these caps, as I did not get what was represented in the photos. The omission of the f7 key is particularly bad, as now a spare key is holding down its place, and sticks out personally to me when I look at my board. For now, I give them 2 stars.
**UPDATE**
I can totally understand why it might have taken Drop a while to get back to me about my issue, with all of the logistical issues going on right now. By the end of it, Drop gave me a resolution that left me satisfied. However, I will still keep my review at 4 stars instead of 5. Why? The packaging. If the keys were packaged in a better way, it would have been noticeable right away, and they probably would not have been shipped. Overall, I think I can recommend them, but only due to the current $49 price tag.
